Joe Jonas was spotted taking his puppy Winston for a walk in Los Angeles, California on March 27, 2011. Both Winston and Joe look like they have some serious attitude, just look at their walk and their clothes.
Joe will hopefully be revealing more details about his upcoming solo album soon, but we have heard rumors that it will drop this summer!
